Olisco is owned by Newsprint Farm and is the only Jalisco B. son standing in North America.  He has earned well over $300,000 in prize money.  In 1990 he was the highest placing American horse in the World Cup.  In 1992 he won the A.G. A. Grand Prix.  Also in 1992, he finished second in the U.S. Olympic trials and went to Barcelona as Michael Matz' reserve horse. In 1994 and 1995 he won the Budweiser Grand Prix in New Hampshire and the American Express Open Jumping Championship.  In 1995 he also won the Prudential Steel Cup in Spruce Meadows and finished second in the Grand Prix of Pittsburgh.  Olisco's stud fee as of 1996 was $2,500.
