Congratulations to Gracie who placed third nationally as Filly Foal of 2012 Horse of the Year with USDF!

Gracie, born April 25th 2012, will be well suited for either jumping or dressage. She is a highly intelligent, sensitive, well-mannered filly with natural balance and elasticity. She was inspected and registered Danish Warmblood where she scored exceptionally well. She brings together the best of her sire, Solos Landtinus and her dam, Temptress. Her movement is graceful and strong. She would be a great performance horse with the bloodlines and conformation to be a tremendous addition to a breeding program! She is well mannered and loves baths and trailer loading! She has ground manners galore.

She showed at VADA/NOVA Summer Breed I & II in 2012 with tremendous success! She was First Place and then was Foal Champion at both shows with over all scores of 83.5% and 77.9%! Gracie qualified for the USDF Championship Class at Dressage at Devon at both shows! The Judges loved her! Conformation comments supporting scores of 8.6 and 8.0 were: Gorgeous type, Beautiful head, Well set and shaped neck, Good length of shoulder, Strong over loin, Smooth connection through loin, Good angulation. Walk and Trot comments were supporting scores of 8.7 and 7.7 and included: Generous over stride, Clear rhythm, Correct tracking, Shows use of topline, Clearly rhythmic, Shows steady balance. For General Impression the judges supported their scores of 8.5 and 8.0 with the comments: Stunning Filly, A lovely modern type, Well mannered.

At Dressage at Devon 2012, with two 8.0's on her score sheets some of the Judges comments included: Well proportioned, Elegant modern type, Leggy type, Well set neck, Nice sloping shoulder, Smooth over loin, Nice alignment in front legs for Conformation. For her Walk: Shows clear rhythm, Fairly good swing in back, Fairly good ground cover. Trot comments were: Elastic! They said Gracie is Modern type, Great manners!

At Raleigh Summer Dressage I 2014 Gracie placed 1st with a score of 75.7 and scored an 8.5 for her walk!

Comments included:

• Clear rhythm, generous over stride
• A 7.8 for her trot!
• Active, expressive ground covering
• Qualified for Devon in the USDF/GAIG Championship series

At Raleigh Summer Dressage II 2014 Gracie placed 1st with a score of 76.0

Comments included:

• Uphill build, good length of hip, Rhythmic, shows overstep
• Good modern sport horse type - uphill build
• Qualified for Devon in the USDF/GAIG Championship series

Gracie can be trusted around young people and she has the potential for a high level performance career. She is ready to go any direction.
